Departing from Llandudno and Conwy, we head past the magnificent Caernarfon castle and Roman fortress on the way to our first main stop, the village of Beddgelert with it's charming legend and stunning views. You also get time at Llanrwst and Betws Y Coed along with a few hidden gems such as Craflwyn, The dragon of Bethesda, Dolbadarn Castle, The National Slate Museum, Llyn Ogwen and the Gwynant valley. The route may need to be adapted in poor weather conditions.

Our flexible routes takes you to the imposing Crichton Castle or Craigmillar Castle, the enchanting Rosslyn Chapel. After seeing some of the sites, we head to Dalkeith Country Park and the Restoration yard for lunch and a bit of shopping. Based on one of our other tours, this has proven to be a superb option for the traveler that wants to venture out of Edinburgh City centre, to see the sites, possibly do a distillery tour and even be dropped of at some of the great shopping locations Edinburgh has to offer. On departure we will travel to Luss which is on the bonnie bonnie banks of Loch Lomond. We will then travel to the Falls of Dochart where you can see a beautiful waterfall and have a refreshment if desired. Afterwards we will travel to Loch Lubnaig where you can see some beautiful scenic views (this stop is dependant on parking availability). By this time you may wish to have a light bite and we will stop at the Trossachs Woollen Mill in Kilmahog where you might have the opportunity to meet some 'hairy coos' (highland cattle) however this is dependant on the month as they are only here between April and October. You may also wish to buy souvenirs here. Our final stop of the day is the magnificent Stirling Castle. PLEASE NOTE: the tour start time can be amended if required (especially to accommodate a shore excursion) – please advise when booking.
